Every Hold the 49th product is printed to order. Please review the size chart, colour, and product details before purchasing.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect colour selection.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us promptly through our website’s contact page. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions.

Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production begins, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
